Yeah not sure what to make of this.

He seems to have humanitarian actions - but yet he feels wrong somehow.

Plus who's who always felt like a paid listing. But please correct me if I'm wrong. I can't find much information other than a couple biased articles.

There should be Democracy in Vietnam to protect all Vietnamese, regardless of Political, Religious or Ethnicity.

It has succeeded in Cambodia, where there was a Communist Government that had absolute power and there was an election, the people chose a government that was a Constitutional Monarchy and Re-Elected --TWICE--- Prime Minister Hun Sen is currently in power and he is a member of the Communist Party.

Also Spain has a Constitutional Monarchy and their current Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero is a Socialist Party member.

Communism and Democracy with Multi-Party system can survive the Communist Vietnamese should not worry about losing Power.

Just leave it in the hands of the People, and if you are doing a good job--------

You will be Re-Elected.

I am not worried. I am not Communist, nor Viet Namese actually.
I would be glad if the current dictatorship in Viet Nam crumbled.

This reminds me that we don't have good media coverage about Viet Nam.

I looked through all of those links you posted and except for the first, all the articles come from one source - the Imperial Nguyen Dynasty.

"Prince Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh is politically pressuring the government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to establish a Constitutional Monarchy, that would guarantee the liberty and rights of the Vietnamese people, thus ensuring the continuity of the thirteen emperors of the Imperial Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam who made history in The Land of the Blue Dragon since 1802, is strongly supported by loyal supporters, international advisers, former high military officers and personalities of Vietnam from around the World who, like him, endure their exile in distant lands painfully."

Statements like the one above are very worrisome. To me that just sounds like he is trying to regain power . Again, I am not as educated on this topic as I'd like to be. But almost all the resources I have access to are stories put out by the Dynasty.

The Goal of Prince Buu Chanh is to politically pressure the government of Vietnam to provide Religious Freedom and Human Rights.

Prince Buu Chanh goals are for a democratic government, and the people should be able to chose what form of government: a Democracy like France, United States, Canada or a Consitutional Monarchy like Thailand, United Kingdom, Cambodia and Spain.

It has succeeded in Cambodia, where there was a Communist Government that had absolute power and there was an election, the people chose a government that was a Constitutional Monarchy and Re-Elected --TWICE--- Prime Minister Hun Sen is currently in power and he is a member of the Communist Party.

Please convince me otherwise, but I do NOT think just by viewing the photographs could bring democratic elections to VN. Smile

Call me a pessimistic, but I just couldn't resist laughing out loud and saying: "Fat chance" when reading the above statement. Smile Sorry. OK. I'll get off the soap box.

Ly,

You are missing the point, of course
photographs only cannot bring
democracy to Vietnam.

The demonstrations that
Prince Buu Chanh
holds concerning
Vietnamese that are in Jail,
because of their political
beliefs
and Religious beliefs
brings to light in the media of the
Human Rights abuses that are
happening, in Vietnam.

The photographs I presented here,
show Vietnamese Americans that support
the goals of Human Rights
and Democracy for Vietnam.

Dear JimTungLe,

Here are the points:
- I am well aware of the VNese news, the VNese overseas community news, other "so-called" VNese politicians, and the activities that Mr. Buu Chanh is doing. So, please do not assume and start to preach.
- I don't need someone to shovel in my face pictures and information that I do not choose to read. Yes, you can put a headline, a link, a short paragraph, and allow the reader to decide whether he/she want to read more on the subject. Respect others' believe and do not spam with just propaganda slogans and pictures!
- If you follow your heart, participate in these demonstrations, and believe in just causes; then share your point of views by put up your own arguments and reasons. Don't hog the whole bandwidth of pictures after pictures, slogans after slogans of meaningless arguments.

Warmest regards,
